House...

Changed loan type. It will save us 36k in the long run but it means a two week extension :( so next weekend we'll be moving in with his friends for two weeks.

the House that built us

We finally got word that the bank accepted our offer on the house. BUT our bad luck didn't end there. During the first inspection the pipes burst from a botched winterized job. Yesterday and today plumber is working. Soon another inspection will take place. if everything is good we hope to move in next week!

Fourth of July weekend was spent on the boat at my parents place on Sandusky Bay.

ALSO... on tuesday we made and offer on a house! we were suposed to hear something by the end of the day today, but still nothing so far.
